The participation of the Members is encouraged and we invite them to bring a friend/collector/contemporary art lover interested in becoming a new member of Artegiovane.
For Guido Carbone:
By the end of 2007 we are going to organize a Press Conference to present the book dedicated to Guido Carbone’s Activities edited by Luca Beatrice, Guido Costa, Massimo Sterpi, Maurizio Vetrugno and Laura Viale, with the collaboration of Memo Basso. The Book will also be the Catalog of the artists and “masterpieces” that Guido has presented to the public in the course of the years, and of an exhibition that will take place together with the presentation of the book at Palazzo Bricherasio. The Book will consist of four sections: a) the role of Guido’s Gallery in Turin’s ‘80s, ‘90s and 2000s scene – by Guido Costa b) Guido’s origins and his relationship with the artists - by Maurizio Vetrugno c) Guido, the institutions, and the market of art in Turin – by Massimo Sterpi d) Guido’s exhibitions and artists – by Luca Beatrice.
We will continue the traditionally entertaining activities of the Association, to be defined from time to time and for Members only, with visits to Collectors’ Houses, meetings with artists, visits to Museums and Foundations.
